‘Saganaki’ refers to various Greek appetizers, which are prepared in a small, heavy-bottomed frying pan, itself called a saganaki or sagani. Enjoy our pan-fried Kefalograviera cheese, topped with brandy and freshly squeezed lemon.
Poached Pear for dessert
Just fruit, wine, and warm spices, they are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. They taste even better the next day, making it ideal to take home. We poach the pear with fine red wine to enhance its natural sweetness.
